The JobWe are looking for a dynamic, high performing Account Supervisor with experience in creative development and production, marketing strategy, paid traditional, social and digital media, and influencer procurement and management. The ideal candidate has a passion for behavior change, a history of managing advertising campaigns, and is capable of balancing varying priorities. Position Description:The Account Supervisor reports to the Account Director, and is responsible for planning, management and oversight of all traditional media, social, and digital brand activities. The job of the Account Supervisor entails activities pertaining to, but not limited to:Client and Campaign Management:Maintain a positive relationship with the client and all partners and stakeholders;Address client concerns while ensuring that implemented strategies follow Rescueandrsquo;s internal research recommendations;Manage and assist with the creative process for the development of new advertising campaigns;Be able to develop local, regional and state-level strategies and tactics simultaneously for various campaigns;Serve as the primary point of contact for the subcontracting agency regarding all traditional and digital media, and influencer activity. Media:Oversee media buying subcontractorandrsquo;s placement strategy and the execution and optimization of the media buy over the campaign life-span (Rescue does not perform in-house media planning or buying);Create effective trafficking processes and workflow between Rescueandrsquo;s media operations team, subcontractors, and media vendors;Lead the execution of digital media amplifications that include immersive digital experiences that connect to various campaigns throughout the length of the campaign. Influencers:Maintaining a database of influencers who have been considered for the campaign with careful consideration to approving only those who are most authentic to the audience yet appropriate for a public health campaign;Manage all outreach to influencers who will participate in the digital media amplifications, social media, as well as events, and/or creative assets;Oversee influencer contracting process, communication, and partnership agreements.Other:Other duties as required.Required Qualifications: Bachelorandrsquo;s Degree +4 years relevant experience OR 9 years relevant experience OR Masterandrsquo;s Degree +2 years relevant experience;Experience managing and juggling multiple priorities and projects or accounts requiring effective time management and organizational skills;Demonstrated leadership success, including selecting, supporting and motivating staff;Ability to analyze advertising metrics and report on them;Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;Experience with active listening in order to fully understand and respond to issues, concerns or questions.Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of public health issues ranging from nutrition to physical activity to drug and alcohol education and prevention;Experience in advertising/marketing account management;Ability to quickly identify p
