Position Purpose: The CRM Campaign Manager will develop and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data-driven strategic marketing plans to ensure profitability of campaigns across all channels. Enhance programs to create loyalty, increase retention, facilitate cross sell and improve overall ROI. Essential Job Functions: The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. Lead the development of customer communication strategies and manage ongoing implementation of tens of millions direct to consumer communications via direct mail, email, POS, mobile, and online - driving incremental profit and customer retention while garnering continuous improvement on key performance metrics. Create email programs that align with Petco's overarching multi-channel strategy and work with internal Creative, E-commerce and Merchandising teams to formulate targeted content and cohesive customer engagement across all touch points. Formulate communication cadence and testing strategies that increase life time value from email subscribers, as well as optimize incremental sales and profitability through relevant offers. Ensure all Petco's communications continue to provide compelling content and solution storytelling to our customers. Ensuring Petco is the most trusted source for pet parents. Develop programs and contact streams to holistically support, Loyalty, Promotions, Local Marketing, Merchandising and Ecommerce, as well as CRM in an integrated and authentic way to optimal target customer groups. Manage CRM marketing production schedules to ensure on time execution and all key initiatives are supported via CRM. Analyze and interpret results from CRM campaigns, on both an event and longitudinal basis, and use insights to inform and develop future strategies. Work with modeling team on identifying and implementing optimization plans around targeting, and offers, with the goal of increasing campaign profitability. Provide recommendations on most effective key performance indicators for multi-channel campaigns. Champion CRM best practices and educate key stakeholders through regular campaign dashboard reporting and analysis. Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment: Most tasks are performed while seated indoors at a personal computer. Limited travel to vendors, seminars and/or conferences may be required periodically throughout the year.QualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree. 5+ years CRM experience, including segmentation, lift and testing experience. Experience in Email and/or Digital personalized marketing preferred. Understanding of CRM marketing operations, technology, and campaign platforms (e.g. Unica, Oracle, eDialog, Epsilon, Siebel). Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and ambiguous environment. Experience in project management, planning, and process improvement, as well as problem analysis and resolution experience at both a strategic and functional level is preferred. Experience running and optimizing large scale marketing programs and developing strategies to increase customer lifetime value is preferred
