Perform all job duties safely in accordance with Henkels & McCoy’s policies and procedures.
Enter payroll, expenses, accrued costs, purchase orders, accounts payable, billing, etc. into H&M systems.
Develop ability to read and run H&M reports.
Perform general office duties (such as filing, reconciliation, etc.) as required and directed.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the position.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required by Lead/Supervision.
Data Entry with strong attention to detail
Must be able to cross-train and work in a team environment
Must have good organizational skills and be an effective communicator
Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent required
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel software skills required
Effective communication skills required
Excellent organizational skills needed
Candidates must be detail oriented, be able to pick up on new concepts quickly, and be able to work independently with little direction
Previous administrative/general office/retail experience preferred
