WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Sales Operations Coordinator is an essential part of the Sales process and will perform a variety of activities to support the Sales, Sales Operations and other Go To Market teams as they generate new business and build prospect relationships. We are looking for a high-energy, organized professional to join our dynamic and diverse Sales team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Work closely and in conjunction with Sales Operations for all aspects of Sales support functions;

  • Assist with maintaining, organizing, and entering data into Salesforce.com

  • Build and update Salesforce.com reports, forecasts and dashboards

  • Ensure data cleanliness and assignments in salesforce.com

  • Active participant in the on-boarding process for all new and remote Sales Executives

  • Responsible for setting and coordinating on boarding meetings and training sessions across multiple departments in the organization

  • Take ownership around sales support and process improvement

  • Author sales process user guides

  • Document sales cycle and process

  • QA Contracts and Proposals for formatting and revenue bookings

  • Assist with special projects

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Internet, email, Google Suite, and Excel

  • Salesforce.com experience a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated

  • A team player with good time management skills

  • Willing and able to sit at a computer for extended period of time

  • Strong communication skills

  • Sense of humor, and a pleasant personality

  • Patient, works well under pressure and can handle stress and deadlines

  • Willing and able to learn quickly

Education/Experience:

  • College Degree or commensurate experience

  • 1-2 Years business experience preferred
