Job Description SummaryWork with Business and IT to define opportunities for transformational process improvement utilizing multiple applications and technology including SFDC, ERP Systems, etc. leverage system and business process knowledge while collaborating with IT business partners to implement system solutions that reduce manual touch points and increase efficiencies.

Job Description

Identify, develop and project manage key initiatives to improve operational workflow impacting Global Customer Support including Strategic Planning, new product support integration, business processes and new technology deployment. Facilitates business blueprint workshops, manages projects through the entire life cycle, and updates stakeholders as necessary.

Successful candidate responsibilities:

* Organize, plan, execute, and track Salesforce technology projects

* Plan and facilitate business requirement workshops

* Identifies, develops, leads and assesses current and future technology, business process integration and organizational capacity/capability to establish working model that improves organizational effectiveness

* Develop working relationships with other departments to ensure success

* Participates in cross-functional teams to leverage strategic planning and other operational processes and tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years systems analysis in Salesforce.com environments

  • 5+ years experience helping customers transform their ideas into Salesforce functionality

  • Deep experience process mapping complex new and existing systems

  • Experience working in either Agile or Waterfall project management

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with an IT organization

  • Ability to support cross-functional teams

  • Change management experience, particularly implementing new technology and process improvement

  • Effective Stakeholder management and Stakeholder analysis

  • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple organizational levels including from Analyst to Executive

  • Support end user training

  • Experience with ERP integration with SFDC

  • Word, Excel, PPT, Visio

  • **Plus but not required: SFDC certified administrator
