As member of our Talent Acquisition Team you will support the recruitment needs for Limelight Consulting and Client Solution Architects, two dynamic and growing companies. As a part of the Talent Acquisition team you will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, identifying top candidates through creative sourcing and networking and providing exceptional consultative service to all.Manage the day to day full cycle recruitment efforts for assigned requisitions including sourcing, interviewing, selection and on-boarding of new hires.Develop recruitment plans, search strategies, target lists of potential candidates or competitor companies.Generate qualified candidates through cost effective sources andndash; networking, social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Tumblr), professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, Associations, and Diversity sites.Partners with hiring managers to recruit for a variety of positions within all division/departments within Limelight and CSAand#39;s portfolio of services.Assist managers with hiring procedures, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews.Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.Utilizes on-line recruiting tools/websites/networks and referrals.Posts open positions and reviews, advances and dispositions applicants in the applicant tracking system.Conducts phone interviews and initial interviews to discuss program details, evaluate skill set, technical abilities and overall fit for position, job responsibilities, benefits and compensation.Determines if candidates have the appropriate skill level to advance to the technical/functional interview stage.Tracks candidates through the interview process: identifies qualified candidates, initiates and monitors the 3 step interview process, populates and refines applicant files, appropriate records and tracking report processes and understands EEOC and OFCCP recruiting compliance.Attends local job fairs, networking and association events to attract qualified candidates.Participates in continuous process improvements for recruiting and the company at large via measurement tools, scorecards and recruitment metrics.Constantly works to improve the companiesand#39; brands and promote a positive candidate experience.Will provide guidance to Jr. team members.Candidates must also demonstrate behaviors aligned with our core values:Creating infusions of Fun; Make the workplace an engaging environment for clients and employees alike.Empowering yourself and those around you to do things better every day.
