TALENT INSIGHTS CONSULTANT

Job Summary:

Responsible for advancing the workforce analytics strategy using advanced levels of evaluation techniques and sophisticated analytics.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  1. Provides expert consultation and recommendations for leveraging data to improve business performance for complex and varied organizations.

  2. Performs data mining, analytics, data interpretation and statistical modeling to drive improved workforce outcomes.

  3. Develops data mining techniques, reports, statistical methodologies, predictive models and analytical capabilities using structured and unstructured data.

  4. Connects program and process data to performance outcomes, develops advanced dashboards, scorecards, metrics and indices reflective of learning, workforce and business objectives.

  5. Interprets and explains the implications of data on performance and the business and provides expert recommendations for action to drive individual and organizational performance improvement.

  6. Trains and promotes use of dashboards and other interactive analytical reporting tools.

  7. Develops and articulates study findings to key stakeholders and varied audiences, and crafts actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.

  8. Consults with Human Resources, Learning & Development and the Business to evaluate needs, formulate the analytics plan, select appropriate data elements and metrics, determines and conducts data sourcing and extraction techniques, identifies and reports data trends, correlations and causations, conducts statistical modeling and analysis, and advises end-users regarding interpretation and best use of information to optimize workforce outcomes to drive individual and organizational performance improvement.

  9. Provides data analysis and technical coaching to Talent Insights team members based on expertise.

TALENT INSIGHTS CONSULTANT SR

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and executing the workforce analytics strategy, serving as an active advisor to the business.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  1. Makes recommendations for workforce solutions.

  2. Partners with internal clients to enhance organizational success by adding context and relevancy to analytical information and connecting-the-dots to drive tangible business value.

  3. Leads increasingly complex national and global talent analytics initiatives and works proactively to develop and implement solutions.

  4. Provides direction and support to junior level staff; acts as coach and mentor to the Talent Insights team.

  5. Provides consultation and recommendations for leveraging data to improve business performance for complex and varied organizations, and enterprise initiatives.

  6. Performs data mining, analytics, data interpretation and statistical modeling to drive improved workforce outcomes.

  7. Develops data mining techniques, reports, statistical methodologies, predictive models and analytical capabilities using structured and unstructured data.

  • Requires BA/BS in business or math related field.

  • 8-10 years of data collection and analysis experience.

  • Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience working with HR analytics required.

  • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) required.

  • MS preferred.

  • Experience working with Tableau, SQL and SAS.
  • Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence, SAP Analytics, IBM Watson and R preferred.
  • Experience working with large data sets, Cloud based, data validation, data administration, data warehousing, backend data structures.

TALENT INSIGHTS CONSULTANT SR

  • Requires BA/BS in business or math related field.

  • 10 years of data collection and analysis experience.

  • Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • MS preferred.

  • Experience working with HR analytics required.

  • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) required.

  • MS preferred. Experience working with Tableau, SQL and SAS.
