Seeking Sales and Marketing Assistants to support marketing departments for some of our fast growing companies in Oceanside. Responsibilities can include: - Will be the main point of contact for all Maintenance Contracts between the engineers, clients, and property managers, providing assistance and information, scheduling needs, and vendor information - Assist with internal and external sales needs; follow up on existing proposals and generate new proposals through the sale of product, and assist with tradeshows and company sponsored events, maintaining relationships with property managers - Preparation and distribution of Service Agreements, Vendor information packets, and Contracts for Maintenance Department - Oversee CRM and scheduling database, maintaining the daily field schedule and subcontractors' schedules - Order Certificate of Insurance (COI's), cost estimates and bid proposals To be considered for this position, please email your resume to carlsbad@officeteam.com call us at 760.603.9585.
